Hi, I’m Amber Zenere and I’d like to welcome you to the REDwomen website. I’ve put together this website because more and more property women are wanting to go to the next level with their property investing and learn how they to, can reap the significant financial benefits that Real Estate Development has to offer.

After working as a hotel manager for large 5 star hotels around the world for more than ten years and as a flight attendant for Australia's largest airline for 10 years, I left the exciting world of airlines to pursue my passion of Property Investing and in particular Real Estate Development.

Everyone thought I was crazy leaving an amazing job with such great benefits but my love of property and my huge desire to work for myself was much stronger than travelling the globe working for someone else.

So I started off my property career by joining my husband Adrian full-time in our own architectural practice archizen holistic architecture. This enabled me to learn first hand, design and development from some of the best in the business.

While working in our architectural firm Adrian and I completed several cosmetic and structural renovations but we soon realised that there were far greater profits in Real Estate Development and we went on to build a multi-million dollar property portfolio in our spare time.

We had so many people ask us how we did it and to share all our industry trade secrets and shortcuts so we set up the Real Estate Development Club where we help real estate investors become real estate developers.

It’s been such an incredible journey where I realised that while real estate development has it's fair share of challenges for women trying to break into this male dominated industry, it also has huge advantages.
